Transportation:

 

By Taxi (cab): The first and easiest way probably will be taking a cab from the airport to Ege University and prices will be around 90 TL (approximately 25 $).

 

By Bus:  First, you need to buy a bus card named "Izmirim Kart". 

 

Take the bus number 204, from the airport to Bornova ( the province where the university is located). The final destination of the bus number 204 is Bornova Metro Station and then you will need to take a cab to the university or you can transfer to Izmir Metro. If you prefer to use Izmir Metro, please take the line Evka-3 that will take you to Ege University Campus. 

 

By rail: You can take IZBAN (Izmir Suburb Train ) from Adnan Menderes Airport to "Aliağa Direction", then you get off at the "Halkapınar" station where you transfer to Izmir Metro, please take the line Evka-3 that will take you toEge University Campus.
